Born in Pisco, Peru, in 1985, Cindy began her academic journey in Social Work at Federico Villarreal University in Lima. Seeking new opportunities, she legally immigrated to the United States in 2005, immersing herself in the housekeeping field and excelling through relentless dedication and work ethic.

In 2011, Cindy answered the call to serve her adopted country by enlisting in the United States Army. Serving with honor across multiple worldwide tours, she deepened her organizational leadership, human resources, and logistical coordination skills. Under the mentorship of Elizabeth Sanchez, she advanced her career and personal mission.

Today, as an accomplished veteran and doctoral researcher, Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Liberty University. Beyond daily operations, Cindy actively shapes the Borderland's commercial landscape, serving on both the El Paso Chamber Board of Directors (where she co-chairs the Ambassadors & Ribbon Cutting Committee) and the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of El Paso. Her advocacy supports Fort Bliss soldier transition programs, school donation drives, and ethical small business growth.

Team K's executive team pairs Cindy's hands-on operational leadership with her husband, Jeremy Klinglesmith (CEO, Retired U.S. Army Veteran), and her brother, Willy Mendoza (General Manager). Together with their dedicated staff, they have built one of the region's most reputable cleaning services.
